PS3 Hacker George Hotz Lands hire at Facebook

George Hotz, the hacker behind the iPhone unlock first time in 2007, and the boy claimed to defend the anonymity when they attacked Sony has just been hired by Facebook as a software engineer, iPhone Download Blog reports.

Apparently, he has worked since May 9 on Facebook. Add a notch on our list of the hackers has been hired as the big tech companies.

Hotz has gained notoriety as the hacker’s iPhone, the first company to break Apple lock, allowing users to use the iPhone on any GSM operator.

He also launched the first software to jailbreak Apple’s 3G iPhone in 2008.
Recently, Hotz instructions on its website on how to install a third-party software on Sony’s PlayStation 3 has seen the message and brought it right on it. The tension escalated when Hotz allegedly fled the country, but it turned out it was just on vacation.

In April, Hotz and Sony reached an agreement, but did not prevent the international group of anonymous hackers from Sony and causes destruction to release millions of user identities and credit card numbers on the PlayStation Network.

Anonymous claimed to have launched a barrage of hacks on the defense of Sony’s George Hotz. Anonymous created the problem would have caused Sony about 24 billion damages.

Hotz has condemned the acts Anonymous said that there is a very clear line between hacking and causing serious damage to recreational others.
