Luego de tres años en la cárcel La Cayena y cuando parecía que todo seguiría en paz hasta el fin de la condena, la Pandilla liderada por Ricardo Castro (Juan Sebastián Calero) observará con tristeza y desengaño como sus ilusiones de paz se destruyen con la llegada de dos peligrosos criminales: Tetris (Rafael Uribe) y Alfil (John Anderson Balsero)

Cada uno y a su manera utilizarán los métodos más fríos y sanguinarios para reclutar a Ricardo y su pandilla en sus filas; pero ellos se negarán y le apostarán a su suerte para escapar delas garras de la muerte.

Finalmente, por orden del Gobierno Nacional, la cárcel es cerrada y los presos trasladados, oportunidad que Tetris aprovecha para escapar y secuestrar a la hija de un importante diplomático, motivo por el cual el Presidente de la República le ofrece a la Pandilla la anulación de lo que les resta de condena, a cambio de rescatar a la joven y de traer de regreso a Tetris, una misión de la que solo Ricardo Castro y la Pandilla podrían regresar victoriosos.



En ésta ocasión la PANDILLA integrada por RICARDO CASTRO, RASPUTIN, PECUECA, SHAMPOO, NOSTRADAMUS, CACO, DEDOS Y CARRO LOCO, que ubicados en el escenario de la aterradora cárcel LA CAYENA, deberán sortear a la muerte, la injusticia y la corrupción, para capítulos más adelante integrar un comando especial, encargado en principio de liberar a la hija de un importante diplomático residente en el país y recapturar al peligroso criminal conocido como el Tetris.
