Here we go again: Lindsay Lohan managed to avoid jail time in court this morning after failing an alcohol test last week. The judge ruled she didn't violate her probation, and said she's just guilty of "extremely poor judgment." Understatement of the year!
The starlet, who's on house arrest for another week or so, apparently got off easy in court today because the prior judge (in the stolen necklace ordeal) only required she be tested for controlled substances from January 3 - February 25, 2011. So, alcohol testing was never ordered, and would've been expired by now anyway.
Judge Stephanie Sautner said her piece, then ordered Lindsay to stop partying for the remainder of her house arrest. She's now only allowed to have one friend over at a time -- or else!
When the judge asked if she wanted to get on with her life, LiLo said (via TMZ): "Yes, I do."
So, now the actress is free to drink as much as she wants -- in the comfort of her own home, that is.
"Thank you to all of my fans for your support. Sending you Love and Light," she tweeted after getting back from court.
